Sharon Cooper (Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Facials, Hopi Ear Candles)
Sharon has trained in a wide range of therapies and has a passion for helping people look after there own health and wellbeing. Due to her experience as a therapist Sharon is able to utilise all her skills to benefit the client in the best way possible. Sharon has also completed postgraduate training in reflexology for maternity and menopause.
Marie Krnakova’s (Shiatsu therapy, Aromatherapy Massage, Swedish Massage, HotStone Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Indian Head Massage, Moxibustion, Cupping, Sports Massage)
Marie has always been interested in complementary therapies. First she qualified in body massage, Indian head massage and aromatherapy but soon furthered her knowledge and skills by qualifying in Shiatsu therapy at the University of Derby. Marie is a member of Shiatsu society which ensures high standards of Shiatsu practice as well as continual development of its members.
Throughout her practice, Marie has developed a particular interest in the fields of psychological and emotional problems and chronic disease. She also possesses invaluable skills in the field of palliative care and continues her professional development with courses in Oriental Herbal Medicine and in cancer care to become a member of NACTHPC.
Nicola Price (Acupuncture, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles)
Nicola has been trained as an acupuncturist since 1997 and whilst passionate about acupuncture she is also trained in other therapies such as Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles .
Peter Sturgess (Thai Massage, Sports RemedialMassage)
Pete first qualified in Sports Massage due to a keen interest in sport, he also found that he wanted to train in another therapy so he trained in Thai Massage. Pete is a keen traveller and has undertaken his training in Thailand were he has qualified to level 2 he is hoping to return at Christmas to further his training.
Philip Humphreys (Craniosacral Therapy)
Philip is fully qualified and registered craniosacral therapist and is a member of the NHS Directory of Complimentary and Alternative Practitioners and of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (RCST). He has twelve years experience as a practitioner and six years experience as a teacher.
As a highly experienced therapist he has the training and skills required to work with a wide range of clients including: babies and young children, women during pregnancy, and people in chronic or acute physical and emotional pain. He is particularly interested in supporting and motivating others to manage personal change and develop self awareness. Philip is a keen proponent of continual personal and professional development and regularly attends courses and workshops to support his own growth. He has over twenty years of meditation practice.
Laura Mulvany-Law (Homeopath)
Laura began her involvement with homeopathy about 13 years ago following the birth of her first child. Although conventionally trained and experienced as a registered general nurse and health visitor Laura felt that she needed a different approach to health care. Having experienced first hand the benefits of homeopathy on her own health wanted to continue her interest and from that point on has never looked back - she wanted to learn more about homeopathy so that she could use it to treat her own son. This initial interest led her to enrolling on a 4 year part-time course to become a professional homeopath.
Since qualifying as a Licensed Member of the Society of homeopaths she has continued her professional development which now means that she is a RSHom. On a personnel level Laura feels that there are different ways to treat illness and to maintain health and wellbeing, and how important it is to have good all round health both physically and emotionally.
Sue Hayes (Hypnotherapist)
Sue is registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and has been practicing hypnotherapy for 7 years. She has always had a keen interest in how the mind works. Sue finds hypnosis a facinating subject and has helped many people overcome their fears, addictions, habits and anxieties, replacing them with a much more confident outlook. Sue truly believes that we all have the resources within us for achieving our personal goals and derives a lot of pleasure and satisfaction from helping clients work through their change.
Debbie Inglis (Life Coach)
Debbie became a life coach when in her previous career she became frustrated with being unable to meet unrealistic demands. A career service helped her to identify, at this turning point in her life, what she really wanted to do, which was life coaching. Debbie has since been able to help others lead a more fulfilled life both in a work environment and in there personal lives.
Debbie has particular interest in helping people who feel that they are stuck at a crossroads in their lives, who need to achieve a work life balance. Debbie also works as an NLP practitioner.
Heather Lee (Nutritional Therapy)
Heather has a degree in Biochemistry from York, a PhD in the Medical Biochemistry department at the Heath Hospital in Cardiff and worked for many years in research at the Institute for Food Research in Norwich.
Heather first became interested in using food and supplements to treat illness whilst suffering from ME. After reading Patrick Holford's Optimum Nutrition Bible and working out a programme for herself she gradually got better after 7 years of illness. The effect of food on health then became a passion for her and she decided to train as a Nutritional
Therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London. Since training Heather has worked both as a nutritional therapist and as a tutor at the institute of optimum nutrition. She also sits on a committee for the British Association for applied nutrition and nutritional therapy (BANT). Heather also works with the Loughborough Cancer self help group and is often asked on local radio to give her opinon on matters of nutrition, heather is also involved in advising a company who are involved in allergy testing.
Helen Sims(Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot stone Massage)
Helen has a very keen interest in helping people deal with the everyday problems of stress. Helen is very passionate about her work and has indepth knowledge in areas such as infertility, pregnancy and female problems such as menopause and PMT
Helen sees many clients with a whole range of issues and is keen to encourage a deep sense of wellbeing for all her clients.
Susan Whitley (Reiki)
Susan has always been interested in how the body and mind works. After running a successful business in design and manufacturing she became aware that the amount of time, energy and stress involved was not worth the financial rewards and still found she was longing for Inner Peace. Whilst teaching Yoga, Susan met through the Teachers Yoga Forum, Trudi van Dorp a Reiki Master. Still feeling there was "something missing" in her life she received Reiki and started going to exchange Reiki meetings. It was then she realised the power of the "Universal life force energy"; Reiki and her life fell into place. Her body, mind and spirit became calm healthy and contented.
The transformation was so great she started her training Reiki level one & two enabling her to self heal and help others.

Amanda has a passion for the beauty industry having worked in the industry for a number of years. Amanda enjoys making people feel special and pampered and she accomplishes this very well.
