Our Reflexologists Sharon Cooper has many years of experience of Reflexology dealing with all aspects of women’s health. When we asked Sharon what conditions she enjoyed working the most with.

Whether you want to give reflexology a try for the menopause or any other female issue that would benefit from a course of reflexology please feel free to do some more research or ask us some more questions it is important to us that you feel happy in your choice of treatment.

We would recommend that you come and give Reflexology a try if after having one session you feel that this treatment could benefit you we would suggest a course of four to six sessions once a week to then gradually decreasing the sessions to a maintenance program of around once a month. This suggested treatment programme is only a guideline as everyone responds at different rates we suggest that you discuss it with your therapist and come up with a treatment plan that suits you.
