Our stress management training is different, because it sticks. Why? Because it’s not just about acquiring knowledge – it’s an experience which engages the whole person, not just the thinking mind. Learning by doing – having direct experience – is much more effective than simply taking in information.

We’ll teach your people how to respond radically differently to stress.

Working in groups, we’ll teach your people how to respond radically differently to stress. We’ll demonstrate how it’s possible to reframe even challenging situations so that they are no longer stressful. Participants will discover their ability to handle stress in flexible and creative ways, and will learn some powerful methods that will transform their ability to manage stress. We know just how effective and performance-enhancing these methods are – because we use them ourselves.

As part of our holistic approach to stress management, we also offer mindfulness training. Research has demonstrated that regular mindfulness practice makes a big difference to the way that we handle stress, as well as being an effective way to manage a range of conditions, including chronic pain, anxiety and depression. If you’re not familiar with mindfulness, we’ll be happy to talk you through what’s involved in the training, and why it’s a good idea.
