Trauma Management Nottingham – Doing the right thing at the right time.
Do you know how to respond effectively when something traumatic happens to one or more of your people?
When traumatic incidents happen – accidents, the unexpected death or suicide of a loved one or colleague – we’re on hand to give advice and support. Our experienced counsellors can talk you through how to handle the practicalities, as well as providing individual and group support, as appropriate.
It’s entirely natural to experience shock and grief in the face of trauma. Doing the right thing at the right time is a huge help. Our counsellors can work with all those affected, so that everyone knows what to do when, what’s likely to happen, and what their role is.

Group and individual sessions run by our counsellors give everyone a chance to share their feelings, and are invaluable.
A while back, our counsellors supported staff from a supermarket which had been robbed. Held up at gunpoint, they’d been subjected to a terrifying ordeal. Our counsellor worked with managers and staff members to help them come to terms with the after effects of the event.
