Indian head massage is based on the Indian Ayurvedic system of healing, which has been practiced for over a thousand years, and includes the use of massage, herbal medicine, and a specific dietary approach.

Indian head massage promotes relaxation and healing by releasing the stress and tension that often accumulates around the head, face, neck and shoulders. Many of us spend hours in front of the computer screen, for example, and frequently experience tightness or tension in those areas.

Indian head massage is carried out whilst you sit in a massage chair, fully clothed. Our therapist uses a range of movements to release the knots and muscle tension. The treatment is energising and revitalising, and is an excellent way to relieve stress, tension, fatigue and even insomnia.
