Katie Scorer, Doctor of Chiropractic (MChiro)
Katie is an experienced Chiropractor and has extra qualifications in Rock Tape and the care of pregnant women and children. She has a particular interest in Sports Chiropractic and is the Chiropractor for local Championship Rugby Union Team,Nottingham Rugby. Katie graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with merit, and strives to provide an honest, personalised and first class care that focuses on the patient as an individual. When she’s not working, Katie likes to visit the countryside and spend time with her husband, family and friends.
Sandhia Ramdoo (BOst Med, DO, ND)
Sandhia is an experienced Osteopath who has worked in practices both in London and Oxford but for the past 10 years has been based in and around the Leicestershire region. Sandhia believes in treating the patient as a whole, and aims to understand the problem, identify the source of the pain and discomfort and give a treatment plan with individualised goals. Outside of work, Sandhia enjoys going for long walks in the countryside, travelling and seeing different cultures around the world.
Karlee O’Brien BSc Clin. Sci, MHS
*Karlee is expecting her first child this Christmas, and so will be on maternity leave from Friday 1st December 2017*
Karlee graduated from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. After working for over four years in a busy clinic in Melbourne she relocated to London where she has worked in a number of Clinics in Greater London since 2013. Karlee is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. Karlee can treat all kinds of pain issues, but has a keen interest in treating pregnant and post-partum women along with neck pain and headaches. Outside of work hours Karlee is a keen photographer.
Annice is an experienced and certified massage therapist who specialises in Aromatherapy, Swedish and Hot Stone Therapy. Annice’s mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A firm believer in the connection between body and mind, Annice is a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional ailments and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and wellbeing.
Yuri practices Sports Massage Therapy after qualifying at the Sports Massage Academy in Nottingham and becoming a member of the Sports Therapy Association. Yuri also graduated in Physical Education and has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in personal training and sports, during his spare time he loves rock climbing and Kite surfing.
Philip Humphreys, RCST
Philip trained at the Craniosacral Balancing Institute, and undertook a further one year post-graduate training course at the Karuna Institute. Philip has gone on to do further training with Castellino Prenatal and Birth Therapy to enhance the work he does for babies and then has undergone further training to deepen his knowledge around Craniosacral therapy for trauma in adults. Philip has 20 years experience of working with both adults and children, his youngest patient being a few days old, and his oldest 90 years! Philip has a keen interest in The Living Enquiries, a process that challenges our exisiting belief systems and can help with stress, addictions, trauma and more. Philip is a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom, and has been in practice for twenty years.
Nicola Price, MAcS
Nicola trained at the Northern College of Acupuncture. She has been in practice in Nottingham for over fifteen years. Nicola is a member of the Acupuncture Society, and is a registered provider with Aviva Healthcare, meaning that she can treat patients with private health insurance, as well as those without. Nicola has treated people with pain issues, chronic illnesses, fertility problems and addictions to name but a few.
Kate Blatherwick, SQHP, Dip Hyp MNCP(Accred) GQHP GHR Reg
Kate has a senior qualification in hypnotherapy practice, Kate is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, EFT Practitioner and Weight Management Consultant. She also has a Diploma in Advanced Smoking Cessation. Kate takes an integrated approach to therapy, using a variety of techniques and interventions to create a tailor-made treatment plan for each individual client. Lastly, Kate is a tutor at Mindworks Therapy Training.
Kate North, Kinesiologist
Kate has studied Kinesiology through several, leading international lecturers and is a director of the Kinesiology Federation UK. She has a degree in Occupational Therapy from UCT and several qualifications in alternative healing modalities. While Kinesiology covers a broad range of options and can work with you at any level, Kate specialises in treating the mental and emotional components that create physical health issues. She uses Kinesiology to find the root cause of your symptoms and effect change fast.
Diane Poppleton-Brown, Reiki Practitioner
Diane is a master Reiki healer whose core values of openness and integrity are at the heart of her practice. Healing has been a focal point of her life for many years and she began practising professionally in 2004. Diane’s primary focus is her client’s comfort and wellbeing. For her, Reiki goes beyond simple relaxation and becomes a powerful tool for improving a person’s holistic health by harnessing the natural healing energy within them. Originally hailing from New Zealand, Diane moved to the UK in 1988 and now lives in Nottingham with her husband, two children, her labradoodle, Loli and cat, Paul. She is a member of the UK Reiki Foundation and as such adheres to its comprehensive Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
