Nathan Chilton, Doctor of Chiropractic (MChiro)
Nathan Chilton has a MChiro degree qualification in Chiropractic from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, and in addition holds a Sport and Exercise Science Honours Degree. Nathan uses various chiropractic techniques, including Diversified Technique and soft tissue treatment. Nathan has experience with patients from all age groups and various types of conditions and injuries, offering excellent advice on rehabilitative exercise and general exercise to maintain a strong core and back. He also has a very good knowledge and experience in treating minor sports injuries and improving athletic performance, attributed to his background in playing national league basketball and his Sport and Exercise Science degree. Nathan is accredited by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and the United Chiropractic Association (UCA).
Karlee O’Brien BSc Clin. Sci, MHS
Karlee graduated from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. After working for over four years in a busy clinic in Melbourne she relocated to London where she has worked in a number of Clinics in Greater London since 2013. Karlee is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. Karlee can treat all kinds of pain issues, but has a keen interest in treating pregnant and post-partum women along with neck pain and headaches. Outside of work hours Karlee is a keen photographer.
Annice is an experienced and certified massage therapist who specialises in Aromatherapy, Swedish and Hot Stone Therapy. Annice’s mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A firm believer in the connection between body and mind, Annice is a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional ailments and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Annice is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
Valentina is Level 3 Sports Massage Qualified, and can also offer kinesiology taping and strapping for any sports-related injuries. As well as working at the Wellbeing Clinic, Valentina is also a personal trainer, and an assistant physiotherapist at the QMC Hospital, and has a passion for sports; football, bodybuilding and power-lifting, martial arts, motocross, snowboarding and swimming. Valentina is a member of the Sports Therapy Association (STA).
Philip Humphreys, RCST
Philip trained at the Craniosacral Balancing Institute, and undertook a further one year post-graduate training course at the Karuna Institute. Philip has gone on to do further training with Castellino Prenatal and Birth Therapy to enhance the work he does for babies and then has undergone further training to deepen his knowledge around Craniosacral therapy for trauma in adults. Philip has 20 years experience of working with both adults and children, his youngest patient being a few days old, and his oldest 90 years! Philip has a keen interest in The Living Enquiries, a process that challenges our exisiting belief systems and can help with stress, addictions, trauma and more. Philip is a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom, and has been in practice for twenty years.
Diane is a master Reiki healer whose core values of openness and integrity are at the heart of her practice. Healing has been a focal point of her life for many years and she began practising professionally in 2004. Diane’s primary focus is her client’s comfort and wellbeing. For her, Reiki goes beyond simple relaxation and becomes a powerful tool for improving a person’s holistic health by harnessing the natural healing energy within them. Originally hailing from New Zealand, Diane moved to the UK in 1988 and now lives in Nottingham with her husband, two children, her labradoodle, Loli and cat, Paul. She is a member of the UK Reiki Foundation and as such adheres to its comprehensive Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Shari-Jayne Boda, D.Hyp, MFHT
Shari-Jayne is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Life and Career Coach and Weight Management Consultant. Her qualification is accredited by the GHSC, General Hypnotherapy and Standards Council, and the NCP, the National Council of Psychotherapists. She is also trained in hypnotherapy techniques for smoking cessation and has undergone certified training in past life regression, accredited by the NCP. Shari-Jayne works with individuals and groups in corporate organisations to tackle severe stress and anxiety and combines her therapy and coaching skills with a background in senior executive recruitment to help people achieve their life and career goals. At the Wellbeing clinic, Shari-Jayne uses a variety of therapy techniques centred around hypnotherapy to create a treatment plan tailored to meet each client’s needs.
Tiffany studied massage therapy in California where she went on to work for a high-end spa and salon for a few years before moving to the UK. With a holistic approach to her treatments, Tiffany aspires to find a balance between science and nature. She is passionate about helping her clients get to the root of what is causing their aches and pains, as well as helping them rid of their stress and tension. She is particularly interested in how the endocrine system and stress affects ones overall health, and hopes to pursue these interests further. Tiffany is FHT and VTCT qualified in Swedish, pregnancy and hot stone massage therapies, as well as a member of FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapies).
Sarah Gunn Locum Acupuncturist MSc Biomed, BSc (Hons) Acu, BAcC
Sarah worked at Queens Medical Centre as a Biomedical Scientist in Microbiology for 15 years before making the swap to full time acupuncturist. She feels this offers a good balance between Western and Eastern medicine. Sarah studied acupuncture at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York and graduated in 2013. Sarah was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011 and so has experienced first- hand the benefits acupuncture can offer for a long- term condition. Sarah has a particular interest in how peoples mental health can have an impact on their physical health and feels that good mental health is often under -valued. If Sarah isn’t in clinic she can be found pottering in the garden, crocheting or sitting on a beach in Scotland. Sarah is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, which is recognised by most health insurance companies.
Sarah is with us until mid August 2019. From then, our resident Acupuncturist, also called Sarah will be taking over and joining us permanently. The two Sarah’s have a solid, friendly working relationship so are both dedicated to making the transition between therapists as smooth and easy as possible for you.

Sarah has been passionate about acupuncture for over 15 years. In 2016 she took the decision to study this powerful branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine to Degree level at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York, and will be returning to study Chinese Herbal Medicine in the future. Sarah is delighted to be working with the Wellbeing Clinic and looks forward to working with you to achieve a healthy balance in your life. Sarah is interested in treating a diverse range of symptoms with acupuncture; pain management, mental health, fertility, weight management and anything in between! When she’s not practising acupuncture Sarah is a keen dancer, gardener and bee keeper. Sarah is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, which is recognised by most health insurance companies.
