Claire Gore

Gentle Touch Reflexology literally changed my life 24 years ago. I had had a serious accident and fractured 2 vertebrae in my neck, and my recovery was proving to be slow and very painful.I tried many different methods and treatments to reduce the pain and enable me to feel human again, and I stumbled on Gentle Touch Reflexology. I had 4 sessions with Sue Ricks who is the founder of this form of Reflexology, and that was my turning point in discovering this subtle yet so powerful treatment. 3 years ago, I made a huge life decision to commit my life to giving Gentle Touch Reflexology to anyone and everyone who needed it on a full time basis. I have seen peoples lives change beyond recognition, witnessed clients make decisions that gave them back control of their mind and bodies, and had feedback that conditions have stabilised. I am a fully inclusive practitioner, and I am qualified to work with anyone from birth. I work with complex disabilities, and chronic conditions up until end of life. Gentle Touch is about bringing balance back into the body which means its uses are boundless.
